When Shweta had her " MAIN CHARACTER MOMENT "

So this happened back in her first year of college, in 2019. Her college had organised an inter-college quiz competition. So these extremely smart students from various colleges from the city had gone to participate only for the hefty price money because c'mon, priorities.

But that's not the point. The 'moment' emerged only after the quiz got over, while on her way back home. She took the college bus and a few participants from the competition were in the bus as well. As she prepared to get down at her stop, she realised the buckle of her bag was stuck in between the seats. She panicked and tried her best to release the buckle but as she got nervous, she couldn't.

Now, one might wonder why panic was her reaction, but well, Shweta always paid the public transport drivers the exact amount of money to avoid any interaction at all, and here she was in a situation where basically everyone was staring at her, combined with Shweta overthinking that everybody there hated her for the delay she was causing and that she was probably being a complete nuisance.

But here comes the highlight of that day. The boy who was sitting behind her, who was one of the participants, first calmed her down then, gently removed the buckle while she admired his absolutely beautiful way of handling a life or death situation as such. The stealth with which his hands moved and his presence of mind was what Shweta found extraordinary. 

There was this one moment, one moment that lasted for a lifetime, yet lasted only for a few seconds. Although like every other iconic love story, this had it's tragic end as well. The moment her buckle was out, the bus started exiting the stop, and she had to run to get down. As the bus left the stop, their eyes met for one last time, where nothing was exchanged but only that one moment that eventually became a memory.
